Delete your data

You can remove local extension data immediately and request deletion of your onSensor account and account-linked data.

Account deletion requests are completed as soon as reasonably practical and no later than seven calendar days after we verify that the request came from the account owner.

Delete your account and server-side data

  1. Email support@onsensor.com from the email address used for your onSensor account.
  2. Use the subject “onSensor data deletion.”
  3. State whether you want the entire account deleted or only specific account-linked data. Do not send your password, session token, or API key.
  4. We may ask for a limited verification step if the request cannot be matched safely to the account.

Deleting the account removes or de-identifies:

  • Your authentication account and saved email address.
  • Your folders, tracked-profile relationships, settings, and alerts.
  • Account identifiers attached to security counters and creator observations, except where limited retention is legally required.

Clear local Chrome extension data

Signing out of the extension removes the saved session and account-specific folder and workspace-total caches. Completed profile analyses may remain in local extension storage so the free ranking tools can reopen them quickly.

To remove all local onSensor extension data:

  1. Open Chrome's Extensions page.
  2. Find onSensor.
  3. Select Remove and confirm.

Removing the extension clears its local storage from that Chrome profile. It does not delete your server-side onSensor account; use the request process above for that.

What may remain

Public creator-profile and post metrics are maintained in a shared dataset, separate from your private workspace. After account deletion, those public observations may remain in de-identified form where lawful and consistent with platform requirements. Other users cannot see that your deleted account supplied an observation.

We may retain narrowly limited security or legal records when necessary to prevent fraud, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, or comply with law.

Third-party platform data

Deleting data from onSensor does not alter or delete information held by Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Google, or YouTube. To remove information from those services, use the controls provided by the relevant platform.
