onSensor adds research tools to Instagram, Facebook and TikTok (creator profiles, the feeds and Instagram Explore) and to the public Meta Ad Library. It reads the profile, post and ad metrics visible in your browser, ranks short-form content, organizes ads, and lets you save profiles and ads into private folders. A signed-in revisit refreshes a profile only if it is already on your sensor. Besides those sites, it runs only on onSensor's own site, to keep the extension and your web account signed in together.

The in-page ranking on profiles can work without a onSensor account. Signing in is required to save profiles and ads, follow advertisers, use the Ad Library panel, and build historical observations in the web app.

• Instagram, Facebook and TikTok page access lets the extension read the current page and add its interface. It does not load on direct messages, account settings, groups, marketplace, Ads Manager or upload pages.
• Meta Ad Library access lets the extension reorganize the public ads on facebook.com/ads/library into statistics and groups.
• Storage keeps cached folders and totals, completed local profile analyses, and your display preferences in your Chrome profile. The sign-in session is kept in the extension's own background storage.
• Service host access lets the extension sign you in and send the profiles and ads you choose to save, follow or analyze, or refresh profiles you already track, to the onSensor backend.

The extension does not request access to Chrome's history database, downloads, bookmarks, clipboard, camera, microphone, contacts, or precise location.

Sensor controls do not appear

• Reload the supported page after installing or updating the extension.
• Confirm the extension is enabled in Chrome and has site access for that platform.
• Try a creator profile, Page, channel, Reels, or videos surface rather than a feed or inbox.

A full analysis stops early

• Keep Chrome open while the analysis loads the profile's posts.
• Check that the platform page still works normally in the same browser session.
• Reload once; supported platforms frequently change page and response formats.

Sign-in or saving fails

• Verify your email and password by signing in to the onSensor web app.
• Sign out of the extension, sign back in, and retry the save.
• Make sure your network is not blocking the onSensor or Supabase service domain.
