onSensor is a creator-research tool. It ranks and tracks profile and content metrics that supported platforms make visible; it is not a source of guaranteed, audited, or real-time business results.
1. Acceptance
By installing the extension, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be legally able to enter into these Terms. If you use the Service for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it.
2. What the Service does
onSensor analyzes creator profiles and short-form content on supported platforms, displays rankings and performance signals in the browser, and lets signed-in users save profiles into folders and build historical observations. Features, supported platforms, and data availability may change.
Metrics can be missing, delayed, approximate, or affected by changes to platform pages and APIs. Historical growth begins when observations are recorded; the Service does not promise complete prior history.
3. Accounts and security
- Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
- Keep your password, API keys, browser profile, and active sessions secure.
- Do not share access in a way that bypasses account or product limits.
- Notify us promptly if you believe your account or credentials were compromised.
You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate a law, regulation, court order, or third-party right.
- Access private content, evade access controls, defeat rate limits, or obtain information you are not authorized to view.
- Collect sensitive personal information or use data to harass, threaten, or surveil people.
- Send spam, facilitate fraud, impersonate another person, or distribute malware.
- Reverse engineer, interfere with, overload, probe, or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
- Resell access to the Service or its datasets without written permission.
- Use the Service or its outputs to make eligibility, credit, employment, housing, or other high-impact decisions about individuals.
5. Supported platforms and third-party terms
Instagram, Facebook, Meta, TikTok, Google, and YouTube are independent third parties. Your use of their sites, accounts, content, APIs, and data remains subject to their terms, policies, and permissions. You are responsible for using onSensor only with information you may lawfully access and analyze.
The Service is not endorsed by or affiliated with any supported platform.
6. Your content and instructions
You retain your rights in information you submit, such as folder names and support messages. You give us a limited permission to host, process, transmit, and display that information only as needed to provide, secure, and improve the Service and comply with law.
When you choose to save or track a creator profile, you instruct the Service to process the corresponding visible profile and post metrics as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Service and intellectual property
The Service, its original software, branding, interface, and documentation are owned by the operator of onSensor or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Creator content, platform marks, and platform-supplied metadata remain subject to the rights of their respective owners. No ownership in third-party content is transferred to you or to us by displaying it through the Service.
8. Availability, changes, and termination
We may add, change, suspend, limit, or discontinue features to maintain security, compliance, reliability, or product quality. Platform changes can interrupt data collection without notice.
You may stop using the Service at any time and may request account deletion. We may suspend or terminate access for material or repeated violations of these Terms, security threats, fraud, legal requirements, or conduct that risks harm to the Service or others.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Rankings, outlier labels, growth figures, and other outputs are informational. They are not legal, financial, investment, or professional advice, and you remain responsible for decisions made using them. Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or right that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, onSensor's operator and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from the Service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability for claims relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD $100. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, law, or platform rules. We will post the revised Terms with a new date and provide additional notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the revised Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
